Hello,
Apart from a news item relating to the naming of a wood snake after an Indian, there is nothing substantive from the exam point of view in the Hindu newspaper today.
The FAQ section can be read for a comprehensive understanding on the current state of COVID crisis. Additionally, one cursory reading on 'variants of concern' can also be made from Page 10. The advance release of funds from the State Disaster Relief Fund is only an introductory context to the larger Disaster Management Policy which would anyway be covered in your study of Disaster Management as a part of the actual syllabus.
There is no need to take a What a Day session given the limited topics for today.
Thank you,
Atish Mathur
